Hooghly beat Midnapore by 3 wickets in Inter District U-15 one-day meet

An all-round show helped Hooghly defeat Midnapore by 3 wickets in the CAB Inter-District Under-15 One-Day league cum knockout tournament on Sunday.
Put into bat, Midnapore were bowled out for 166 in 39.5 overs. Dhrub Kacher top-scored with 61 runs. Tushar Yadav (3-36) was excellent with the ball.
In reply, Soumyadipta Sadhukhan (56) helped Hooghly chase the target down, scoring 168/7 in 42.3 overs. Akash Paul bagged two wickets.
