"As we all know that BCCI has started the impact player rule in the domestic tournament. On the basis of that, we will introduce this rule in the J.C. Mukherjee & N.C. Chatterjee trophy to get accustomed with the new system," CAB president Snehashish Ganguly said during a press meet.
Mr Ganguly further announced that the Senior Women's District tournament, scheduled to take place in May, will have 18 districts participating, along with two teams from Kolkata - CAB Presidents XI and CAB secretary XI.
