Syed Moinuddin scored a fine unbeaten 118 to help Ballygunge Sporting Association beat West Bengal Police Sports Club by 3 wickets on Day 2 in the CAB Second Division two-day league cum knockout tournament on Thursday. Batting first, West Bengal Police Sports Club posted 271/9. In reply, Ballygunge Sporting Association chased it down scoring 272/7.
In other matches, Measerers Club beat Salkia Friends Association by 4 wickets. Salkia Friends Association posted 273. In reply, Measerers Club chased it down scoring 275/6, thanks to Md Farhan Akhter (78).
Calcutta Parsee Club beat Sahapur Sporting Club by 193 runs. Calcutta Parsee Club posted 319. In reply, Sahapur Sporting Club were bowled out for 126, thanks to Stish Kr Yadav (6-21).
