Daksh bags 7 as Aurora Athletic Association
win in 2nd Div two-day meet

Daksh R Agarwal (7-40) bowled superbly to help Aurora Athletic Association beat Calcutta Rangers Club by 74 runs on Day 2 in the CAB Second Division two-day league cum knockout tournament on Monday. Batting first, Aurora Athletic Association managed only 223. In reply, Calcutta Rangers Club were bundled out for just 149.
In other matches, Bhupinder Singh (7-109) was impressive with the ball as International Club beat Behala Friends Union Club by 29 runs. Arup Kr Saha (98) helped International Club post 314. In reply, despite a fine 98 by Abhishek Yadav, Behala Friends Union Club were bowled out for 285.
Alipore Sporting Club beat Burnpur Cricket Club by 6 wickets. Krish Singh (7-47) displayed a superb bowling effort to help Alipore Sporting Club bundle out Burnpur Cricket Club for 170. In reply, Alipore Sporting chased it down scoring 175/4.
Taltala Institute beat YMCA (Chow Br) by 231 runs. Dipak Shaw (115 not out) helped Taltala Institute score 419/6. In reply, YMCA (Chow Br) were bowled out for 188.
Bengal Sporting Club beat Cricket Club of Dhakuria by 6 wickets. Cricket Club of Dhakuria posted 233. Asif Mondal bagged five wickets. In reply, Bengal Sporting Club chased it down scoring 237/4, thanks to Rabi Rajak (94 not out).
Jorabagan Club beat Subarban by 188 runs. Jorabagan Club managed to post 387, thanks to Jahir Ahammed (88). In reply, Subarban were bowled out for 199. Abhijeet Prasad bagged four wickets.
Mohunlal Club beat Albert Sporting Club by 72 runs. Mohunlal Club managed to score 224, thanks to Sayan Chaudhary (55). In reply, Albert Sporting Club were bundled out for 152.
Ariadaha S.C. beat Bantra Cricket Club by 4 wickets. Bantra Cricket Club were bundled out for 136, thanks to Sreetom Paul (5-28). In reply, Abhirup Sikder (83 not out) helped Ariadaha S.C. chase it down scoring 137/6.
