Baibhav bags 8 to help Excelsiors Club
win in 2nd Div two-day meet

Baibhav Tiwari (8-50) bowled superbly to help Excelsiors Club beat Cricket Club of Dhakuria by 50 runs in the CAB Second Division two-day league cum knockout tournament on Wednesday.
Batting first, Abhishek Kumar Giri (69) helped Excelsiors Club post 254.
In reply, despite a fine 83 by Debanjan Das, Dhakuria were bowled out for 204 in 56.3 overs.
In the day’s second match, Amit Banerjee (8-50) was impressive with the ball as Calcutta Port Trust Sports Club defeated South Suburban Club by 355 runs.
Dipak Prasad (120) and Sk Md Sharukh (100 not out) batted superbly to help Calcutta Port Trust Sports Club post a massive 428/9 against South Suburban Club.
In reply, South Suburban Club were bowled out for just 73.
In the day's third match, West Bengal Police Sports Club beat Measerers Club by 253 runs.
Joy Routh (107) and Nitya Nanda Maji (68) helped West Bengal Police Sports Club post 361/8.
In reply, Measerers Club were bundled out for 108, thanks to Saujan Biswas (5-39).
In the day's fourth match, Amature C.C beat Friends Athletic Club by 28 runs.
Batting first, Amature C.C were bowled out for 183 in 50.5 overs.
