Abhisek hits 230 for Cricket Club of
Bhavanipore in 2nd Div two-day meet

Abhisek Mitra smashed a superb 230 to help Cricket Club of Bhavanipore post a massive 474 in 83.5 overs against International Club at stumps on Day 1 in the CAB Second Division two-day League cum Knockout tournament on Saturday.
In the day’s second match, Sayantan Mondal scored an outstanding 158 along with Akash Ghosh (98) to help Narkeldanga Sir Gooroodas Institute post 388 in 80.5 overs against Bani Niketan Sports Club.
In reply, Bani Niketan were 4/1 at stumps on Day 1.
In the day's third match, Kanhaiya Soni scored a fine unbeaten 112 to help Behala Friends Union Club post 362 in 79 overs against Central Calcutta Sporting Club.
Batting first, Behala posted a massive total thanks to Kanhaiya and Ajit Kumar Rajak (88).
Sayan Mondal (6-91) impressed with the ball for Central Calcutta.
In reply, Central Calcutta were 18/1 at stumps on Day 1.
In the day's fourth match, Sahapur Sporting Club defeated Satya Sandhi by 7 wickets.
Batting first, Satya Sandhi were bundled out for just 75, thanks to Sudip Talukder (4-21).
In reply, Sahapur chased it down scoring 80/3 in 16.3 overs.
In the day’s fifth match, riding on a fine unbeaten 98 by Kishan Kumar, Taltala Ekata Sangha posted 291 in 77.5 overs against West Bengal Association of the Deaf.

In the day’s seventh match, Sk Siddik (5-60) was superb with the ball as Ballygunge Sporting Association bowled out Burnpur Cricket Club for 222 in 64.2 overs.
Mayur Doila (49) top-scored for Burnpur.

In the day’s eighth match, Calcutta Parsee Club posted 323 in 80.5 overs against Sarat Samity, thanks to Viranca (74), Agastya Agarwal (63) and Sparsh Mimani (53).
Harsh Shaw bagged four wickets for Sarat Samity.

In the day’s ninth match, City A.C posted 241 in 70.4 overs against Salkia Friends Association, thanks to Rahul Majumder (71) and Jeet Thakur (51).
