Soumyajit bags 6, hits 183 for Dakshin
Dinajpur in Inter District U-18 meet

Soumyajit Mandal put up a superb all-round show bagging six wickets followed by a match-winning unbeaten 183 to power Dakshin Dinajpur to a thumping nine-wicket victory over Murshidabad in the CAB Inter District Under-18 league cum knockout two-day tournament on Saturday.
Batting first, Murshidabad were bowled out for 281, thanks to fine bowling by Soumyajit.
In reply, Dakshin Dinajpur chased it down comfortably scoring 282/1 in 49 overs, courtsey of a fine knock by Soumyajit.
In the day's second match, Riajul Rahaman (108) and Bibek Ranjan Mal (6-18) helped Birbhum beat Cooch Behar by 285 runs.
Batting first, Birbhum put up a massive score on the board scoring 384/8, thanks to a fine ton by Riajul.
In reply, Cooch Behar were bundled out for just 99 after an impressive bowling by Bibek.
In the day's third match, Chandernagore beat Uttar Dinajpur by 7 wickets.
Batting first, Uttar Dinajpur were bowled out for 122.
In reply, Chandernagore chasēd it down scoring 123/3.
In the day's fourth match, Malda beat Siliguri by 7 wickets.
Batting first, Siliguri were bowled out for 130, thanks to Suraj Kumar Tiwari (5-20).
In reply, Malda chased it down scoring 132/3.
