Aditya scores 179 for Md. Sporting in 1st Div two-day meet

Aditya Purohit smashed a fantastic 179 to help Mohammedan Sporting Club post 463/8 in 84 overs against Belgachia United Club on Day 1 in the CAB 1st Division two-day league cum knockout tournament on Friday.
In the day's second match, riding on a fine unbeaten 158 by Arjun Bhardwaj, United Club posted 351/7 in 85 overs.
In reply, Dalhousie Athletic Club were 5 for no loss at stumps on Day 1.
In the day's third match, Kidderpore Sporting Club posted a challenging 383 in 81 overs against YMCA (College Brunch), thanks to a fine knock by Rahul (98).
In the day's fourth match, Dakshin Kolkata Sansad posted 292/9 in 85 overs against Ballygunge United Club, thanks to Deepak Yadav's 88.
In the day's fifth match, riding on a fine 84 by Ankit Dabas, Shibpur Institute posted 327 in 82.4 overs against Aikya Sammilani on Day 1.
In the day's sixth match, Calcutta Police Club were bowled out for 209.
In reply, Netaji Subhas Institute were 51/1 at stumps on Day 1.
