Abhishek Bose smashed a brilliant 126 to help Kalighat Club beat Monohor Pukur Milan Samity by 8 wickets in the CAB 1st Division One-Day League cum knockout Tournament on Tuesday.
Batting first, Monohor Pukur posted 243/7 in 44 overs.
In reply, Kalighat Club chased it down comfortably scoring 246/2 in 32.2 overs, thanks to a fine century by Abhishek.
In the day's second match, Shibpur Institute beat Tollygunge Agragami by 5 wickets.
Batting first, Tollygunge posted 187/8 in 45 overs.
In reply, Shibpur chased it down scoring 188/5 in 42.3 overs
