Behala Friends Union Club, International Club, Star Sporting Club, Victoria Sporting Club, Bata Sports Club, Alipore Sporting Club and Mohunlal Club registered wins in their respective matches in the CAB 2nd Div One-Day League cum Knockout tournament on Wednesday.
In the day’s first match, Behala beat ABASAR by 108 runs.
Batting first, Behala scored 211 in 35.2 overs. In reply, ABASAR were bundled out for 103 in 26.2 overs.
In the day’s second match, International Club beat WB Association of the Deaf by 5 wickets.
Batting first, WB Association were bundled out for 196. In reply, International Club chased it down scoring 198/5 in 41.5 overs.
In the day’s third match, Star Sporting defeated Salkia Friends Association by 5 wickets.
Batting first, Salkia posted 224/9 in 45 overs.
In reply, Star Sporting chased it down scoring 227/5 in 42.5 overs.
In the day’s fourth match, Victoria Sporting beat High Court Club by 3 wickets.
