Bowlers put Bengal U-16 on top vs Arunachal

Riding on a fine performance by the bowlers, Bengal bundled out Arunachal Pradesh for just 176 in their first innings in the Under-16 Vijay Merchant Trophy in Nagpur on Thursday.
Batting first, Arunachal lost wickets at regular intervals and were bowled out in just 53.4 overs.
Siddhant Pathak was the top scorer with 63 runs.
Bengal's Ayush Sahai impressed with the ball with five crucial wickets. Shivam Bharati, S Shree Ganesan, Rohit Pradhan and MD Rizwan Ahamad also chipped in with a wicket each.
In reply, Bengal reached 131/2 at stumps at the end of Day 1. Agniswar Das remained unbeaten on 42.
