Bengal's Deepti, Saika impress in
Women's T20 Challenger

Bengal all-rounder Deepti Sharma bagged three wickets and scored a handy 26 off 18 balls to help India B beat India C by four wickets in the Senior Women's T20 Challenger Trophy in Raipur on Thursday.
Opting to bat, India C reached 140-6 in 20 overs. However, Bengal wicket-keeper batsman Richa Ghosh (1) failed to make an impact with the bat for India C.
Deepti (3-39) was the star bowler for India B. In reply, chasing a challenging target, India B reached 141/6 with valuable 26 runs from Deepti and a handy 17 from Dhara Gujjar.
In the day's second match, Bengal's Saika Ishaque picked up two crucial wickets to help India A beat India D by seven wickets.
Opting to bowl, India A bundled out India D for 92 in 19.4 overs.
In reply, India A chased down the target scoring 95/3 in 18.1 overs.
