Bengal U19 Boys beat KCA

The Bengal U-19 Boys team has won their second match on the trot in the Vinoo Mankad Trophy and is now one of the tough teams to play against. The boys won by 68 runs defeating the U-19 Boys of Kerala, at Tanish Academy Ground, Uttarakhand. The team scored 212 losing 10 wickets, whereas the U-19 Boys of KCA were bowled out under 150.
Sumit Nag's 76 gave the Bengal team the start it needed. Captain Shashank Singh's 22 of 31 and Ronit Deb's 42 of 55 during the middle overs stabilised the Bengal innings. Rahul Prasad's 32 of 21 helped the team reach a respectable total.
Sukhmeet Singh and Milind Mondal took 3 wickets each, whereas Dilshad Khan and Rahul Prasad had 2 in their kitty. The bowling department is in fabulous form, taking 10 wickets on two consecutive matches. The team will return with many positives in next matches.
