New floodlights at Eden

The Eden Gardens will sport a whole new system of floodlights from now on.
"Now Eden Gardens has one of the most advanced lighting systems. We have installed LED lights that are operated through DMX system that makes the tower lights most modern. We have always worked hard to make Eden Gardens one of the best stadiums in the world and these lights will surely add to it's reputation," said CAB President Avishek Dalmiya.
The flood lights were last changed in 2011. The four towers have a total of 484 Led Lights that give 3500 Lux on the pitch, 2500 Lux in the inner circle and 2000 Lux for the rest of the ground.
These lights are operated through DMX system allowing them to synchronise with music and also create graphics.
