Bengal U16 took first innings lead against Simkim in a drawn match at Eden Gardens while Bengal Women's emerged victorious by 115 runs over Sikkim U19 in the exchange program tour matches today.
Bengal boy's posted 542/8 and bundled out Sikkim for 19 runs powered by Mdhab Kushwala fifer. In the second innings Bengal declared on 170/5 while Sikkim fought till the end to draw the match.
In the other match skipper Mamani Roy (44) and Rupal Tiwary (47) tool Bengal to 190/5 batting first and later restricted Sikkim to 75/8 to win the match.
