CAB curator to assist OCA ahead of SA ODI

CABwith send their chief curator Sujan Mukherjee to Odisha for preparation of their ground at Barabati Stadium ahead of June 12 ODI against South Africa.
"I had a talk with OCA Secretary Sanjay Behera. They have procured new covers and sought out assistance in preparing their ground. We have a very cordial relation with Orissa Cricket Association and we will ensure that they get the best assistance from us. We have requested Mr Sujan Mukherjee to help them with technical knowledge for covers ahead of the match," said Mr Avishek Dalmiya, CAB President.
"During this peak time of the year there are possibilities of rain so our people with technical expertise would be there to assist them," said CAB Secretary Snehasish Ganguly.
In fact four groundsmen with knowledge and knowhow of ground cover operations would also be sent to train their counterpart in OCA. Mr Mukherjee will also join a day prior to the match to oversee the work.
