Jalpaiguri and Murshidabad emerged victorious in the only two matches played among the six scheduled due to overnight rain in CAB inter district U16 tournament today.
Samar Roy smashed 84-ball 106 as Jalpaiguri batting first posted 235 in their quota of overs and later Shaan Sarkar four-for helped bundle opponents Bankura for 118.
In the other match Murshidabad registered a comfortable 4-wicket win over Uttar Dinajpur thanks to dominanting bolwing led by Toufiq SK (4-12).
