East Bengal and Barisha Sporting matches in CAB first division resulted in draw as both teams took 7 points by the virtue of taking the first innings lead.
Aditya Varma (85*) and Subhankar Bal (58*) took EB to 377/3 in reply to Town Club 's first innings score of 273 runs and Barisha bundled Tapan Memorial for 192 runs to take lead.
In group B&C matches Kalighat Club won in one day thanks to Aritra Chatterjee's four-for while in other matches Ravi Singh hit 120 to inspire Calcutta Port Trust to 346, Rahul Sen highest scored for Monohar Pukur Milan Samity by smashing 111.
Highlights of the day's bowling performances were Daksin Kalikata Samsad bowler Saikat Hansda, Arnob Ghosh of IABC who bagged 5 wickets in their respective matches.
In CAB second division matches Sahapur Sporting bowler Arun Kr Chaurasiya was at his lethal best picking up 6 wickets Calcutta University Institute while Bata Sports defeated WB Association of Deaf by 7 wickets after bundling their opponents for 79 riding on Suman Dey's 5-wicket haul.
Balak Sangha posted a huge 403/9 as Pranjal Das scored a ton while opponents Satya Sandhi bowler Tamal Kanti Chakraborty took 5 wickets.
