Tapan Memorial, Barisha earn 7 points

Tapan Memorial and Barisha Sporting got 7 points from their CAB first division league matches by the virtue of first innings lead againstand Shambazar and Town Club respectively after both matches resulted in draw at the end of final day's play.
Kuldeep Dewatwal hit unbeaten 105 to help Tapan declare on 243/9 chasing 237 earlier posted by Shambazar. Rohit Deivedi bagged 5 wickets for Shambazar.
Barisha on the other hand thanks to Ankit Mishra five-for bundled Town for 218 runs defending their first innings total of 262 runs while Calcutta Customs club won against BNR Club by 36 runs riding in Uddipan Mukherjee (99) and Viraj Krishna (83*) half-centuries.
In second division Krishnendu Guha picked up 6 wickets for Cricket Club of Bhowanipore as they defeated Taltala Ekata Sangha by 8 wickets. Cricket Club of Dhakuria were also victorious.
