Town Club registered 7-wicket victory against East Bengal as Anamika Das scored a match-winning 45-ball 44 under pressure today in Byju's Bengal Women's T20 Blast at BCA Kalyani.
Batting first EB made 94/9, Town bolwers Sneha Gupta and Rupal Tewary bagged 2 wickets apiece. Skipper Rumeli Dhar highest scored for East Bengal with 29 off 28 balls.
Town chased the target with 7 balls left to play.
In another match of the day Ananya Halder inspired Rajsthan Club to a thumping 7-wicket win over Aryan Club.
Ananya picked up 3 crucial wickets to restrict Aryan to 94/3 and later Dipa Das (24*) and Sansthita Biswas (24) won it comfortably for Rajasthan Club with 4 overs left to play.
