Sudip, Ankur tons put Bengal U25 in
quarterfinals

Sudip Gharami and Ankur Paul tons put Bengal U25 virtually in the quarterfinals of Mens U25 State A Trophy with one group league match left to play after defeating Jammu Kashmir by 39 runs today.
By registering fourth win in a row in as many matches Bengal now have 16 points from 4 matches to top the table.
Electing to bat first Bengal openers Sudip amd Ankur stitched 202-run partnership to post a mammoth 307/6 and in reply Jammu Kashmir were bundled out for 268 runs.
Sudip smashed 111 and Ankur made 106-ball 110 while skipper Kazi Junaid Saifi hit 52 for Bengal.
Later Suraj Sindhu Jaiswal drew the first blood removing Jammu Kashmir opener Dikshant Kundal in the first over and Bengal bowlers continued their disciplined bowling to take wickets in regular intervals and disrupt the chase.
Akash Ghatak and Suraj Sindhu Jaiswal picked up 3 wickets apiece to dismantle opponents' chase.
Jammu Kashmir skipper highest scored for his team with 79 while Lone Nasir Muzaffar added crucial 69 but couldn't save the match for their team.
