India aim for clean sweep at Eden Gardens

India already having the bilateral T20 series pocketed winning the first two matches will look for a clean sweep when they take on T20 World Cup finalists New Zealand in the final T20 match tomorrow at Eden Gardens.
With cricket being back after 2 years at Eden Gardens, Cricket Association of Bengal is taking every measure to ensure safety and Covid19 protocols at the stadium.
According to state government's protocols the match will see 70 percent spectators allowed for the match.
Skipper Rohit Sharma along with opener K L Rahul have provided India good starts in both games while Suryakumar Yadav has been prolific with the bat too.
For Kiwis the top order has fired well too with Murtin Guptill, Mark Chapman being the top performers will face tough challenge from India bolwers Bhubaneswar Kumar, Deepak Chahar, Harshal Patel. Indian spinners Ravichandran Aswin, Axar Patel has proved to be lethal in the last two matches.
Eden Gardens chief curator Sujan Mukherjee said: "It looks like a good solid pitch with lot of runs. We are expecting a side to score above 160."
India under their new coach Rahil Dravid may look for some changes to the side to test their reserve bench as Ruturaj Gaikwad, Avesh Khan, Ishan Kishan and Yuzvendra Chahal would be up for consideration in the playing XI.
