Jhulan reaches 600 mark

Veteran Indian pacer and Bengal's very own Jhulan Goswami touched added another personal milestone breaching the 600 mark in career wickets.
She achieved this feat against Australia’s captain Meg Lanningwho was caught behind for a duck in the 3rd ODI between India and Australia at McKay today.
"She is a living legend. At 38 she is still one of the fittest in the team and can change matches with her bowling prowess. I congratulate her in behalf of CAB. She has made us all very proud," said CAB President Avishek Dalmiya.
Goswami now has 240 ODI wickets at 21.59, while she has claimed 41 wickets in 11 Test at 17.63 and has 56 T20I wickets in 68 matches, taking her tally of international wickets to 337.
Add to that another 264 wickets in the domestic circuit.
Goswami claimed Lanning after sending back Rachael Haynes to hand India an early advantage in the 3rd ODI. India won the nail-biter defeating Australia by two wickets with three balls to spare. Jhulan Goswami, who set the game up with 3 for 37, sealed victory with the bat in the final over.
