Sudip, Sujit and silverware

Being only into the second season of Bengal T20 Challenge, the word domination got a new example in champions Barrackpore Bashers' campaign this year thanks to their classy batter captain Sudip Chatterjee and talented all-rounder Sujit Kr Yadav.
Before we lay out the list of the prizes bagged by Barrackpore players apart from the silverware, to be precise we can say they took home everything apart from the runners up trophy.
Barrackpore's very successful campaign was led by their skipper Sudip who excelled in both batting and captaincy. The Bengal left-handed batter scored 478 runs containing 24 sixes and 43 boundaries to dominate the top run-getters list by a striking margin.
Youngster Kazi Junaid Saifi holding the second position with 272 runs show how destructive Sudip has been in respect of other batters that you could almost give him the full credit of the success.
But it isn't about only batting right! Sujit worked magic with his spin once again to end the season with 14 wickets and the trophy of highest wicket-taker trophy.
Sujit gave Barrackpore needed breakthrough at times also assisted with his run-choking ability with tight bowling.
Sudip was also awarded with player of the tournament for his exemplary performance crafted with 6 half-centuries at a strike rate of 79.67 along with the Player of the final match, to make it his third personal award of the night.
Some other bowlers put up notable performances to strengthen Barrackpore's bowling lineup as Mukesh Kumar bagged 11 wickets and Vikash Singh picked up 10 wickets to assit Sujit.
