Of course there will be a little time before they reach to their peak. What I have seen is the intensity and desire; it's very encouraging. That's what we want. We want to do our best. We want to try winning trophies for our state and that is the prime motivation behind the intensity. Everybody needs to keep in mind that we here to perform as a team and perform really really well, do best of our potential. If we carry this on, this intensity, this will, desire I am very hopeful for this team."

"Thank you CAB for this opportunity. It's an honor and privilege for me to be assistant coach of the state team. There is only one goal and that is to win trophies and we have got very talented bunch of boys for that. We have to work hard, utilize the sessions well, have to practice well in the nets and if we can play accordingly too, I believe this team will win lot of glories for the state," said Assistant Coach Sourashsis Lahiri.
