Uttar Palli Milan Sangha in Second Division One Day final

Uttar Palli Milan Sangha defeated Ballygunge Sporting by 2 wickets to enter finals of CAB Second division one day tournament today.
Electing to bat first Ballygunge amassed 216 losing all wickets and Uttar Palli finished on 217/8 to win the match.
Earlier opener Korak Sen scored 43 to steady Ballygunge after losing Ashwin Sharma for 18 and later Md Imtiaz Ali smashed 70 off 77 to help them post a fighting total.
Uttar Palli bowlers did well too as Subhankar Bhattacharjee bagged 4 wickets and Ayan Ghosh took 3.
While chasing Uttar Palli lost Ayan early to get reduced to 2/1 and Supriyo Pal (42) along with Sagar Roy (32) steadied the ship with 74-run partnership.
Sudip remained unbeaten on 62 to make sure Uttar Palli enter the finals while Imtiaz, Ajay Yadav picked up 3 wickets apiece for Ballygunge.
