Town Club, Dalhousie Athletic, Shambazar registered victories in their respective matches in JC Mukherjee trophy today.
Sourav Paul's (63) half-century powered Town to 10-run win against Police Athletic, Dalhousie rode on Prince's blistering 39-ball 63 not out while Md Irfan Ansari hit unbeaten half-century to help Shambazar beat Kumartuli Institute.
In other first division matches Paikpara Sporting, Belgachia United and Kidderpore Sporting were victorious.
Bengal Sporting's Ramrit Bhattacharya, Manish Majila of Subarban Club, Abasar Club batter Dhiman Mondal and Shibpur Institute's Dipak Prasad hit half-centuries in NC Chatterjee trophy and their team won their respective ties too.
Taltala Institute and Central Calcutta Sporting resgistered bid victories today.
