Vivek's innings of 239 runs off 293 balls was crafted with 24 boundaries and 7 sixes.
Along with the Bagan wicket-keeper Rohan Banerjee (83) and Ayan (65) hit crucial half-centuries to help the Mariners post the big total.
While chasing Barisha lost Aishik Patel and Varun Gandhi early while Chirag Pathak (46*) and Sumanta Gupta (63*) stiched a crucial partnership to steady the ship and ended the day on 127/2.
Town Club batters Arikta Das remained unbeaten on 100 along with Azab Ansari (54) helped their team take crucial first innings lead over Police Athletic Club.
East Bengal began their encounter against Shambazar in style riding on Amir Gani (132) and Pankaj Shaw (165*) centuries to post 373/3 against Shambazar at Eden Gardens.
In other matches Shreyan Ghosh's 196-ball 85 powered George Telegraph to 179/6 against Tapan Memorial and Paikpara reduced Aryan to 48/2 after posting 148 losing all wickets.
