Bengal bowlers keep hopes alive

Bengal bowlers starred in the second innings also to reduce Rajasthan to 156/8 after the visitors were bundled out for 123 runs in a Ranji Trophy Group A encounter today in Jaipur.
Nilkantha Das bagged 4 wickets while Akash Deep picked up 2 as Bengal trail by 274 runs at the end of the third day's play.
Bengal coach Arun Lal said: "It's a straight equation for uals right now. We need to score 300 and win the game. Opponents bowled well. We want to bundle them out below 300 (including first innings lead) and their lower order can bat well too."
"Bowlers did their job very well, they put up a good fight," he added.
Earlier resuming the day on 47/1 Bengal made only 123 as T Haq and R Singh picked up 4 wickets apiece for the hosts.
Put the bowl again Bengal bowlers did their job well as now Abhimanyu Easwaran's men can have almost two days to chase the target on a good batting wicket.
