Bengal take on Rajasthan in crucial tie

An upbeat Bengal side will definitely look to snatch full points in a crucial Ranji Trophy Elite Group A match in order to qualify for tje knockouts against Rajasthan at Sawai Mansingh Stadium starting from tomorrow. Bengal are now at fifth in the points table with 20 points from 6 matches, of which 3 matches were rain curtailed while their opponents Rajasthan who won back-to-back matches are at tenth. Bengal coach Arun Lal said: "The team's playing well. We have been halted by the weather three times at home where we were on top. Six more points from those games could've placed us in a lot better position. The boys are doing a good job, let's see if we can carry it forward." "The wicket is flat. The first two hours will decide the course of the match, after that it's a good batting wicket," he added.
