Axis Bank to sponsor U13 Bengal team

Axis Bank has come in as sponsor of the U13 Bengal team, as CAB focuses on grassroots cricket looking at future.
"Axis Bank has agreed to give Rs 10 lakhs for this season for development of junior cricket at the U-13 level. This is part of our continuous efforts to make junior cricket stronger so that we can create a large pool of players for future," said CAB Treasurer Debashis Ganguly.
He added, "We have been trying to get a sponsor for the Juniors to strengthen and further develop the facilities at their age group level. Axis Bank has initially come in for an year with a scope to increase the tenure if found beneficial for either side."
