Purab Joshi smashed 252 to take Barisha Sporting to 550 for 5 before declaring and reducing Taltala Ekata Sangha 146 for 6 to end second day's play in a first division match today.
On the other hand, Soumya Ghosh of Calcutta Customs scored 180 to put his team on top against Bhukailash Sporting, while Anuj's 170 was not enough to give Netaji Subhash a first innings lead against Bagan.
Among the other players who made their bat talk scoring centuries were, Sarosij Mukherjee, Ajmer Singh, Abhishek Raman, Sandipan Das, Azaz Ansari and Debopriyo Ghosh.
