Debabrata, Wriddhi spice up innings for Bagan

Mohun Bagan posted 595 for 5 against Netaji Subash Institute in a first division match today, riding an excellent 238 by Debabrata Das and an unbeaten 107 by Wriddhiman Saha.
After injury, this was the first match of Wriddhiman this session for Bagan, with Debabrata crossing the 200-run mark for the second time.
In other instances, Soumya Ghosh’s unbeaten 172 and Sourabh Paul’s 160 handed advantage to Calcutta Customs, as they posted 358 for 1 against Bhukailash Sporting.
Purab Joshi of Barisha Sporting also joined the run race, by remaining unbeaten for 192, taking his team to 390 for 3 at the end of the day.
Among the others, Anil Sihag and Bidhu Dutta Panda scored 170 and 124 respectively, handing advantage to their respective sides.
In the bowling department, Ankit Kumar took 6 for 35 runs, while Yuvraj Singh bagged 5 for 47.
