Debabrata hit triple ton

Mohun Bagan reached a mammoth total of 621 for 8 at the end of second day’s play in a first division match today, against Bhukailash Sporting, riding an excellent unbeaten 315 by Debabrata Das.
“It was a double pace wicket so scoring runs were not easy. But we batted well to put out team on top. It was satisfactory that I got runs and hope I will be able to carry on with my good form in the coming matches,” Debabrata said.
On the other hand, while Saugata Dutta and Amitava Chakraborty scored 151 runs each, Aditya Verma and Rahul Sen scored 150 and 157 respectively.
In the bowling department, Bikash Singh bagged 6, while Vivek Kumar Singh, Tamaghno Sen, Amit Bakshi, Parvez Alam, Ajay Garai took 5 wickets each.
Among the other centurions were, Kumar Aditya, Chandrapal Sani, Raja Yadav, Sourabh Singh and Shivam Sharma.
