Adamas Howrah Warriors beat Murshidabad Kueens by 6 wickets in the summit clash of Season 3 women’s competition at the Eden Gardens on Monday to bag their maiden Bengal T20 League title.

Opting to bat, Murshidabad lost wickets at regular intervals, managing only 95/9 in 20 overs. Kashish Agarwal (21) top-scored for her side.

For Howrah, Chandrima Ghoshal (2-15), Disha Chandak (2-20), Remondina Khatun (1-9), Sreyoshi Aich (1-17), Srilekha Roy (1-14) were the pick of the bowlers.

In reply, Howrah went over the line scoring 96/4 in 18.5 overs.

Priyanka Prasad (29), Sujata Dey (27), Srilekha Roy (15 not out) were the star batters for Howrah.

For Murshidabad, Tanushree Sarkar and Prativa Rana claimed one wicket each.
