Bengal off to winning start in Senior Women’s One-Day

Bengal began their Senior Women’s One-Day Trophy Elite campaign with a dominant nine-wicket over Arunachal Pradesh in Vadodara on Friday.
Batting first, Arunachal Pradesh scored 107/9 in 50 overs. Chandrima Biswas (3-21) and Prativa Mandi (3-11) were superb with the ball.
In reply, Bengal scored 108/1 in 16.1 overs. Sasthi Mondal (51 not out) and Dhara Gujjar (43) impressed with the bat.
