Intense fog and poor visibility at the SRMS Cricket Ground, Bareilly, delayed start of the Bengal vs Uttar Pradesh Cooch Behar Trophy Elite match on Tuesday.
Only 17 overs could be bowled on Day 1 as Bengal scored 89/3 at stumps.
Aditya Roy (35) and Abhiprai Biswas (4) remained unbeaten for Bengal.
