Bengal script fourth straight win in Women’s U23

Bengal inched closer to Women’s U23 T20 Trophy Elite knockouts after a dominant 59-run victory over Rajasthan in Nagpur on Saturday.
Bengal, after four successive wins, are on top of Elite Group D with 16 points. A victory against J&K in their final group game will seal them a place in the knockouts.
Batting first, Bengal scored 130/8 in 20 overs. Prativa Mandi (52 off 40), Sujata Dey (38 off 27) were the star batters.
In reply, Rajasthan were bundled out for 71 in 16 overs. Rupal Tiwari (4-21), Payal Vakharia (3-11), Sushmita Ganguly (1-8) and Piyali Ghosh (1-12) were brilliant with the ball for Bengal.
