Bengal bag third straight win in Women’s U-23 T20 Trophy

Bengal outplayed Hyderabad by 22 runs in Nagpur on Thursday to register their third successive victory of the Women’s Under-23 T20 Trophy Elite campaign.
Batting first, Bengal posted 119 in 19.5 overs. Piyali Ghosh (30 off 29), Sujata Dey (25 off 21) were the pick of the batters.
In reply, Hyderabad were bundled out for 97 in 19.1 overs.
For Bengal, Rupal Tiwari (3-21), Piyali Ghosh (2-9), Sushmita Ganguly (2-23), Payal Vakharia (1-12), Titas Sadhu (1-14) were the star bowlers.
