The Khel Nagari in Dumurjala Howrah

With an aim to build a state-of-the-art Cricket Centre of Excellence at the Khel Nagari in Dumurjala, Howrah, HIDCO on Tuesday officially initiated the process of handing over the land to The Cricket Association of Bengal. CAB will build this infrastructure with state-of-the-art facilities on 8.93 acres of land. Sports science center, indoor and outdoor net practice facilities, gym, residential facilities for players and various other facilities are expected to be set up.
CAB Joint Secretary Mr Madan Mohan Ghosh, CAB Treasurer Mr Sanjay Das, CAB Dumurjala Academy Chairman Mr Debasish Ganguly, Mr Surajit Lahiri - Member of the Apex Council, HIDCO Estate Manager-in Charge Mr Amitabh Bhattacharya, Mr Chinmay Nayak - CEO, CAB, along with other CAB officials were present for the start of the land transfer process in Dumurjala.
