Unbeaten Bengal U-19 team end pre-season in style

Bengal Under-19 team completed their pre-season duties in winning style by bagging three pre-season titles and with an all-win record in practice matches.
In the final practice match on Thursday at the Aditya Academy, Barasat, Bengal outclassed Jharkhand by 76 runs.
Batting first, Bengal made a superb recovery from 73/5 to post a challenging 290/9 in 50 overs, thanks to Sayan Paul (107) and Agniswar Das (83). The duo added 181 runs for the sixth wicket to take team to a fighting total.
In reply, Jharkhand were bundled out for 214 in 42.2 overs. Agastya Shukla (3-36), Kushal Gupta (2-32), Rohit (2-46), Ashutosh Kumar (1-31) were outstanding with the ball for Bengal.
