Bengal go down in U-23 Inter State Multi-Day meet

Bengal went down to Chhattisgarh by 109 runs in the Under-23 Men’s Inter State Multi-Day (Two-Day) Tournament (Siechem Trophy) in Pondicherry on Tuesday.
Bengal’s Dilshad Khan (5-67), Irshad Alam (2-30) and Jeet Thakur (1-36) helped Bengal bundle out Chhattisgarh for 205 in 74.3.
Chasing the target, despite a fighting unbeaten 31 by Irshad, Bengal were bowled out for 96.
