Shreyan, Sourav bag 3 wickets each for Bengal
in Sr Men’s Inter State Multi-Day meet

A dominant effort with the ball helped Bengal bag first innings lead after their match against Chhattisgarh was drawn in the Senior Men’s Inter State Multi-Day Tournament (Siechem Trophy) in Pondicherry on Sunday.
Shreyan Chakraborty (3-83), Sourav Halder (3-93), Sandipan (2-56), Rohit Kumar (1-56) and Sayan Ghosh (1-86) helped Bengal bowl out Chhattisgarh for 377 in their first innings.
Earlier, Bengal posted a commanding 444 in their first innings, thanks to Shakir Habib Gandhi (132) and Subham Chatterjee (120).
