A clinical all-round show powered Harbour Diamonds to a comfortable 40-run victory over Lux Shyam Kolkata Tigers in a rain-curtailed Bengal Pro T20 League Season 2 match at Eden Gardens on Wednesday.
Put into bat, after the match was reduced to 9-overs-a-side, Harbour Diamonds scored a challenging 101/8 in the allotted overs.
Abhishek Raman (20 off 14), Prayas Ray Barman (19 off 8), Vishal Bhati (14 off 7) impressed with the bat.
For Kolkata Tigers, Sayan Ghosh was superb with the ball bagging 4 for 15.
Chasing the target, Lux Shyam Kolkata Tigers fell short scoring 61/4 in 9 overs. Abishek Porel top-scored with 25 off 18.
For Harbour Diamonds, Geet Puri, Pradeep Kumar, Kaushik Maity and Rahul Prasad bagged a wicket each.
