Murshidabad Kings off to winning
start in Bengal Pro T20 Season 2

Riding on a brilliant all-round show, Murshidabad Kings outclassed Sobisco Smashers Malda by 7 wickets on Wednesday to begin their Bengal Pro T20 Season 2 campaign on a high.
Batting first, Sobisco Smashers Malda were bundled out for 113 in 19.3 overs at the Eden Gardens.
Writtick Chatterjee scored a quick-fire 30 of 14. Sayed Irfan Aftab (4-22), Sukhmeet Singh (3-26), Saksham Chaudhury (2-31) impressed with the ball.
In reply, Murshidabad Kings chased the target down scoring 119/3 in 16.2 overs.
Rishabh Chaudhury scored a match-winning unbeaten 59 off 44. Ankit Chatterjee scored 28 off 24.
