Shrachi Rarh Tigers aim for a
better show with Shami in squad

Shrachi Rarh Tigers men’s team will aim to put up a better performance in the Second Season of Bengal Pro T20 League after being boosted by the inclusion of India veteran pacer Md Shami. The team failed to make the semifinals last year. On the other hand, in the women’s competition, Shrachi Rarh Tigers made it to the semifinals but lost to Lux Shyam Kolkata Tigers in the last four stage. The women’s team will look to go the distance this time.
Men’s Team: The team will rely not just on Md Shami, but on another match-winner in Shahbaz Ahmed. The all-rounder after a good inaugural season, will aim to deliver once again for the Rarh Tigers. Besides the duo, Pradipta Pramanik, Kazi Junaid Saifi, Ravi Kumar, Sayan Shekhar Mandal make a competitive side.
Women’s Team: The talented Piyali Ghosh will be the one to watch out for. The team was consistent in the last season, but was unlucky to miss out on the final spot. Young and talented batter Adrija Sarkar will surely pose a threat to the opposition bowlers. The team will rely on her at the top. Besides Piyali & Adrija, Sansthitha Biswas, Bristi Maji, Ekka Roy Choudhury, Parama Mondal, Bidisha Dey will be vital for the side.
