(101), Kanisk (5-28) star in First Div One-Day quarters

In the First Division Senior Knockout One-Day Tournament semifinal matches scheduled on Saturday, Bhowanipore Club will face Barisha Sporting Club while E.Rly Sports Association will take on East Bengal Club.
In the first quarterfinal match on Thursday, Prabhat Maurya (106), Ayush Kumar Singh (82) and Ankit Mishra (6-24) helped Barisha Sporting Club beat Aikya Sammilani by 151 runs. Barisha Sporting Club scored 266/7 in 47 overs. Aikya Sammilani were bundled out for 115 in 27.3 overs.
In other quarterfinal matches, Abhishek Das (101), Kanisk Seth (5-28) displayed brilliant performances as East Bengal beat Netaji Subhas Institute by 9 wickets. Netaji Subhas Institute were bundled out for 148 in 41.3 overs. Suraj Sindhu Jaiswal bagged 2 wickets. In reply, East Bengal scored 150/1 in 28.5 overs.
Jayojit Basu (82), Pradipta Pramanik (51 not out), Jesal Karia (51), Rajkumar Pal (3-41), Abhimanyu Easwaran (42) helped Bhowanipur Club beat Mohun Bagan AC by 1 wicket. Sudip Kumar Gharami scored a brilliant 123 as Mohun Bagan scored 269/6 in 50 overs. In reply, Bhowanipur scored 275/9 in 49.5 overs. Sourav Halder (4-42) and Anurag Tiwari (3-46) impressed.
Priyam Sarkar (74), Tanmoy Pramanick (3-32), Ravi Singh (40) helped E.Rly.Sports Association beat Town Club by 3 wickets. Town Club were bundled out for 197 in 46.3 overs. E.Rly.Sports Association scored 201/7 in 40.2 overs. Amanjyot Singh bagged 4 for 38.
