Shoaib (133), Fahim (125), Parvej (5-143) impress in First Div Qualifiers

In the CAB First Division League Qualifier Round encounters on Monday, both the bowlers and batters impressed on Day 2.
In the first match, Fahim Naaz smashed a brilliant unbeaten 125 off 124 balls while Amit Gautam (74) also impressed as Calcutta Police Club beat Belgachia United Club by 7 wickets.
Belgachia United Club posted 274. In reply, Calcutta Police Club scored 278/3.
In the other match, Anas Ali Khan (169), Shoaib Ahmed Khan (133), Suvam Sur (57) batted superbly as Aikya Sammilani posted a massive 512/9. Parvej Alam bagged 5 wickets.
In reply, Calcutta Port Trust Sports Club were 148/3 at stumps. Aakash Singh (68), Sagar Sharma (63 not out) impressed with the bat.
