In the CAB Inter District Under-15 Two-Day league-cum-knockout tournament on Thursday, the bowlers dominated the batsmen on Day 2.
In the first match, Ritam Kundu (6-66) was superb with the ball as Hooghly DSA beat Birbhum DSA by 80 runs. Hooghly DSA posted 261. In reply, Birbhum DSA scored just 181.
In other matches, Rudranil Bhakat (4-7), Satyam (3-33), Sunayan Ata (2-5), Ansh Ghosh (114) helped Midnapore DSA beat Bankura DSA by 303 runs. Midnapore DSA posted 352. In reply, Bankura DSA scored just 49.
Rajesh Mondal scored a fine 71 as South 24-PGS DSA beat Howrah DSA by 2 wickets. Howrah DSA scored just 169. In reply, South 24-PGS DSA scored 170/8. Triparna Samanta bagged 4 wickets.
