In the CAB First Division Super League Group A encounter on Wednesday, Md Sporting Club posted 324/7 in their first innings at stumps on Day 1.
Gitimoy Basu scored a fine unbeaten 131 off 104 balls while Sambit Roy (76) and Dip Chatterjee (55) also impressed with the bat.
For Kidderpore Sporting Club, Deepak Punia (3-46), Arnab Nandi (2-87) were the pick of the bowlers.
